Use these steps for the most common Tape Measurement issues.

Measurements will not place

Move slowly and aim at a textured, well-lit surface.
Move closer to the intended endpoint.
Pause until tracking stabilizes before placing another point.
If drift continues, leave the camera tool and start a fresh scan.

Camera access is off

Open iOS Settings, select Tape Measurement, and enable Camera. Tools that do not require the camera remain available according to the app's feature set.

Measure Pro purchase or restore

Use Restore in the paywall while signed in to the Apple Account that made the purchase. If StoreKit cannot load products, check network connectivity and App Store availability, then try again.

3D or room capture is unavailable

Room and mesh capture depend on supported Apple hardware and frameworks. The app will not pretend an unsupported device has LiDAR or scene-reconstruction capability.
